Weekends On Call (RN-After Hours / Weekend Nurse)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the patient advocate ensuring every patient receives the quality care they deserve.
- Communicate with everyone involved in the plan of care - the patient, the patient’s family, and the hospice care team.
- Work as an After-Hours Hospice RN in salaried full-time positions covering on-call shifts from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday morning.
- Support by working alongside the 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team.

Qualifications
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
- Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
- Required: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
