Weekend Youth Soccer Coach $22 per 30-minute session

About the role

Soccer Shots Charlotte is a youth soccer organization for children aged 2-8 years old. We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible coaches who can run 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children in various settings such as schools, parks, and public spaces. The ideal candidate will bring their enthusiasm, responsibility, and love for children and soccer.

Responsibilities

• Create an awesome experience for each child during 30-45 minute soccer sessions
• Run sessions in childcare centers, preschools, and public spaces
• Work with little supervision once scheduled
• Commit to the entire season

Requirements

• Own a reliable car
• High expectations for performance
• Experience working with children

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children
• Enthusiasm for the sport of soccer
• Ability to adapt to different environments and groups of children

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Patience and creativity in teaching soccer

Schedule

We have coaches coaching anywhere from 3 - 30+ sessions/week depending on availability. Coaches with Saturday morning availability are prioritized.
