Responsibilities
- Lead engaging practice sessions focusing on fundamental skills, skill development, and enjoyment
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
- Utilize established platforms to effectively communicate game day information to players and parents
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of cheerleading or dance experience
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Access to a phone with internet capability
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and colleagues
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in cheerleading
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently
