Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

Requirements

• Current Ohio nursing license in good standing (RN or LPN)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
