Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
• The Nurse (RN/LPN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
