Weekend Warrior-CNA/Resident Assistant
Description of responsibilities
- Affords assistance to residents with activities of daily living
- Engages residents in life skills and life enrichment activities
- Maintains residents' independence, promoting dignity and safety
- Responds promptly to call bells
- Notifies supervisor of resident changes in condition
- Serves and collects food trays
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Direct Care Worker Certification or Nurse Aide Certification preferred
- Previous experience working with a senior population required

- Effective communication in the primary language of the residents
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
