Weekend Virtual Urgent Care/Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Perform acute Care OnDemand visits, evaluate and diagnose illnesses, and establish care plans
• Collaborate with the member's healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Utilize and provide feedback on the electronic health information system for visits
• Participate in weekend on-call support for clinical nurses in some areas
• Adapt to evolving healthcare needs and potentially expand role responsibilities
• Embrace new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), preferably in acute settings
• Willingness to work three 12-hour shifts per week, including weekends
• Active and in-good-standing RN and APRN licenses for Nurse Practitioners or active Physician Assistant license for PAs
• Ability to obtain state licensure in required states within 90 days of hire

Pay

$120,000 – $155,000 annually
