Weekend Digital Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Responsive Care

For our client, we are seeking a Weekend Digital Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Responsive Care to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote weekend role will provide timely, empathetic clinical support through digital channels, helping patients navigate symptoms, questions, and care needs with accuracy and compassion. The position requires sound clinical judgment, strong documentation habits, and the ability to manage multiple patient conversations at once while maintaining a high standard of care. You will partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, coordinate family needs when appropriate, and determine when escalation beyond digital care is necessary. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $155,000 annually Responsibilities Deliver empathetic digital clinical care through chat and responsive channels Manage multiple patient conversations while ensuring clinical accuracy and documentation Guide medical management using a holistic approach and framework Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care Support family care coordination ensuring alignment with patient goals Assess and provide guidance on patient-reported symptoms and health concerns Recognize when to escalate care beyond digital channels Qualifications APP with 3+ years in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, or urgent care Ability to assess and verify AI-generated clinical responses Active RN and APRN licenses for Nurse Practitioners, or PA license for Physician Assistants Must maintain role licensure in good standing and secure state licenses within 90 days of hire Benefits Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision plans with low or no premium Generous paid time off $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend Stock options for all employees Bonus eligibility for all roles excluding Director and above Parental leave program 401K program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
