About the role

British Swim School is an organization that aims to make a difference in the lives of children through water safety and swimming education. As part of the British Swim School Team, you will be working alongside a dedicated group of individuals who are passionate about teaching swimming to people of all ages and abilities, with a particular focus on preschool and elementary-aged kids.

Responsibilities

- Teach swimming lessons to students of various ages and abilities. - Create a welcoming environment for both students and their parents. - Provide exceptional customer service, whether on the phone or at the poolside. - Participate in specialized training to learn the British Swim School approach. - Work independently as each franchise location is managed by its own franchisee.

Requirements

- A positive attitude and ability to connect with children. - Experience working with children or in a child-focused role is beneficial but not mandatory. - No prior experience in swimming instruction is required.

Qualifications

- Commitment to water safety and a lifelong love of the water. - Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
