Weekend Supervisor, RN
About the role
Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, South Carolina. We offer competitive pay ($36-$40/hour) with weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) scheduling. Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site leader, overseeing clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
- Aid with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
- Adhere to state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Act as a clinical resource and leader for the care team.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
- Long-term care and rehab experience required.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for high-quality, compassionate care.
