Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational oversight during weekend shifts
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal SNF regulations
- Manage staffing needs, assignments, and nursing labor efficiently
- Serve as the primary nursing leader and escalation point on weekends
- Monitor clinical issues, address concerns, and support survey readiness
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain continuity of care and operations
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of SNF regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Demonstrated understanding of nursing labor management and staffing
- Proven leadership presence, decision-making, and communication skills
