Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire: Supervise and motivate a dedicated team of nurses and aides to deliver exceptional care.
• Ensure Quality Care: Oversee all aspects of resident care, from medication management to end-of-life care.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs.
• Problem-Solve: Be the go-to person for any nursing-related issues, ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift.

Requirements

Prior experience in a supervisory role within long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.
