Weekend Supervisor in Flagstaff

Position Details

Weekend Supervisor: Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (12-hour shifts) | $23.00/hour
Schedule: Friday – Sunday, guaranteed 36 hrs/week
Occasional weekday availability required for team meetings and trainings outside the regular weekend schedule
Location: Supervising multiple sites across Flagstaff
Mileage reimbursement for travel between sites during shift (does not include home-to-first-site or last-site-to-home travel)
Position Type: Full-time, Hourly (non-exempt)

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside custodial staff at assigned locations
• Supervise and support custodial staff across assigned locations
• Ensure all work meets Oranje's cleaning standards and client expectations
• Train new employees and coach team members for success
• Conduct inspections and address quality or performance issues
• Communicate clearly with management regarding staffing, supplies, and site needs
• Attend occasional weekday meetings or trainings as needed
• Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid driver's license and proof of personal vehicle insurance (required for travel between sites)
• Pass drug screening, background check, and E-Verify
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and communication skills — we take attendance seriously and use a point system to track call-offs, late arrivals, early departures, and no-call/no-shows
• Available for occasional weekday meetings or trainings outside the regular weekend schedule
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
