Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and skilled RN/LPN Evening Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Vantage Care, LLC. Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility staff education program, including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the program based on identified resident/staff needs and compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Maintain confidential health records for all employees, including physicals, immunization status, and TB screening.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.

Schedule

• Weekend Supervisor: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• One weekday on call per week

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Current Massachusetts Nursing License
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• BLS certification
