Responsibilities
- Assist residents with smoking, lighting materials, and transporting them to and from the designated smoking area
- Maintain a clean designated smoking area for residents
- Transport residents to and from the smoking area, ensuring their safety
- Demonstrate correct safety techniques and respect for facility equipment and supplies
- Contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions
Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- On-the-job training provided
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and visitors
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
