Weekend Shift Production Supervisor
About the role
Vermont Hard Cider Co., d.b.a. Green Mountain Beverage, is seeking a hands-on Weekend Shift Production Supervisor to lead our weekend production team. This role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys developing employees, driving results, solving problems, and keeping production operations running safely and efficiently. You'll lead weekend packaging operations while partnering with Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, and Operations teams to deliver strong performance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Lead production employees and temporary workers through coaching, accountability, and clear communication
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, food safety, and operational performance
- Oversee canning, kegging, and variety pack production activities
- Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
