Production Supervisor - Weekend Shift

Duties

• Evaluate assemblers overall performance and participate in the annual goal setting and performance evaluation process.
• Maintain and perform training related to relevant procedures and work instructions for assembly, in process testing, final QC testing, warranty, distribution, and other departmental procedures.
• Contribute in the development of the operating and capital expense budget, both short-term and long-term needs, and continually monitor it.
• Monitor and evaluate daily activities of assemblers including standard hour efficiency, in process QC errors, performance to production schedule, safety record, assembler attendance and retention.
• Utilize Kaizen activities to plan and implement improvements to problems related to production, in process quality, and final QC product testing.
