Weekend Shift IC/QA Specialist – Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM-6:30 PM

About the Role

Saks Global is the largest multi-brand luxury retailer in the world, comprising Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Global, Bergdorf Goodman, and Saks OFF 5TH. The Quality Assurance/Inventory Control Specialist ensures accuracy and quality throughout the product life cycle, from receiving to shipping. This position reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives
  • Check and review records and/or processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via email and face-to-face interactions with co-workers and customers
  • Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data
  • Accurately follow written and verbal directions
  • Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
  • Respond to questions as needed
  • Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to ELG Safety standards
  • Perform other tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor
  • Work in both office and warehouse environments

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • One year of administrative experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime as dictated by the business
  • Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and independently

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $21.75 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within the range of $17.05 - $21.32 include market, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
