Weekend Shift A-Packer (Line Leader)

Job Related Competencies

• Complete and understand positions training documents
• Good Manufacturing Practices shall be followed at all times
• Lead by example
• Start shift 30 minutes early to set line(s) up for production prior to shift start
• Completes all required paperwork/inspections completely in a timely manner
• Fullly understand department Story Boards
• Fill, seal, date, case and palletize product in accordance with customer requirements
• Understands and completes proper sku change/end of shift cleaning
• Champions Food Safety, HACCP and SQF

Physical Requirements

• Maneuver through tight spaces
• Lift 25 lbs. over their head
• Pull/Maneuver pallet jack with up to 2,000 pound loads
• Carry items of 50 pounds in weight from one place to another
• Stack 50 pounds repetitively
• Must be able to work with Soy
• Must be able to distinguish colors
