Weekend Security Receptionist

About the role

Bristol Glen is a United Methodist Communities community located in Newton, NJ. We are seeking a Weekend Security Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and direct them appropriately
• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner and operate switchboard
• Perform scheduled walkthroughs of the building and be alert to any security breaches or concerns
• Maintain accurate logs of front desk activities
• Manage emergency response call systems
• Provide a welcoming and positive experience to all family members, residents, and visitors
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• One year of prior experience in receptionist or security role

Pay

$16.64 - $17.80 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Part-Time | Saturdays and Sundays 4pm - 12am
