Weekend Security Officer

Our Security Officers play an essential role for our clients and in society, maintaining a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, patrolling locations, preserving order, and enforcing regulations. Security Officers also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.

About the role

As a Security Officer/Guard, you will observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in retail, food service, or hospitality, though no prior security experience is necessary—we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report activities and incidents at client sites to ensure security and safety.
• Patrol a variety of locations to maintain a secure environment.
• Enforce client site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, which may include climbing stairs, walking on inclines, or uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet and continue to meet all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.

Pay

$16.00–$17.50 per hour, with weekly pay.
