Weekend Security Officer
Wage: $16.00–17.50/hour

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Security Officers will frequently provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Responsibilities
- Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Actively monitor the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
- Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
- Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications
No experience necessary! If you have a retail, food service, or hospitality industry background, you are a great fit for this role. If not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.
