Weekend Security Guard Melville

Responsibilities

• Tell stories that reassure and inspire confidence
• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Accomplish and pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• NYS security license
• Medical clearance required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.50

Schedule

Part-time, Friday-Sunday, 12am-8am, 24 hours weekly
