Responsibilities
- Negotiate rates with carriers
- Find carriers and book freight brokers' shipments
- Dispatching drivers for on time pickup of loads
- Build loads in Turvo TMS
- Schedule and track customer shipments
- Ensure superior customer service
- Develop expert knowledge of Turvo and Turvo Driver App
- Communicate with MA to ensure superior customer service
- Resolve any carrier issues or concerns
- Establish close relationships with carriers
- Continue to develop those relationships
- Aid MA on growing account and meeting weekly brokerage revenue goals
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of logistics experience or an internship/co-op opportunity
- Live in the NKY/Cincinnati area
- Opportunity for hybrid/remote after training period
- (3) 8 hour shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays
