Position Summary
As the Weekend RN Supervisor, you'll provide clinical leadership for our skilled nursing team, ensuring exceptional resident care while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. You'll lead and support nursing staff, coordinate resident care, make rounds, respond to clinical needs, assist with staffing and daily shift operations, investigate incidents, ensure compliance with regulations, and serve as a trusted resource for residents, families, physicians, and team members. You'll also lead during emergencies and serve as Charge Nurse when needed.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Able to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- A heart for serving older adults and supporting fellow team members
