RN - Weekend Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to the weekend staff.
• Ensure the dedicated team of nurses, nursing assistants, and respiratory therapists are committed and cohesive.
• Offer care that makes a significant impact on patient well-being.
• Work with a diverse patient population, providing opportunities to utilize skills effectively.
• Manage a patient population with an average length of stay ranging from 15 to 25 days.
• Support the transition of patients from hospital to home.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a current license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Have acute care experience (preferred).
• Be certified in BLS.
