RN Supervisor Responsibilities (Weekend Shift)
- Supervising nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care
- Overseeing daily nursing operations in an LTC/SNF environment
- Administering medications and treatments as needed
- Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and compliance
- Monitoring resident care plans and outcomes
- Supporting staffing schedules and workflow
- Collaborating with nursing management to maintain high care standards
RN Supervisor Qualifications
- Current, active State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience
- Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work weekends consistently
