Weekend RN Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to ensure resident care needs are met
• Providing support to residents and families to foster a compassionate environment
• Responding to questions and requests from residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by enforcing regulations
• Monitoring confidential information to uphold resident confidence
• Managing documentation related to resident care services
• Fostering cooperative relationships among healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
