Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care during weekend shifts
- Oversee daily nursing operations in a long‑term care (LTC) / skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance
- Monitor resident care plans and outcomes
- Support staffing schedules and workflow
- Collaborate with nursing management to maintain high care standards
Qualifications
- Current, active State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience
- Long‑term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work weekends consistently
