Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations
- Ensure nursing staff adhere to facility policies, job descriptions, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in state surveys, audits, and inspections as needed
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor quality of care and clinical standards
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Nursing Home setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Pay
$50-$55 per hour
Schedule
PRN | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
