Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure best practice
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Virginia
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Supervisory Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
- Team player, strong communicator, and a heart for seniors
