Weekend Registered Nurse (RN)

The Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) position offers leading market wages and is committed to fostering a workplace where growth, teamwork, and patient-centered care are at the forefront. Starting wages range from $34.00 to $46.63 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders.
• Schedules and directs the nursing staff to extent permitted by state practice act.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments for assigned residents, and documents that treatment as required.
• Coordinates nursing care of residents when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments.
• Interviews applicants and recommends hires.
• Participates in counseling, disciplinary action, and termination of staff, to extent permitted by state practice act.
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
• Reports and records pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
• Assists physicians with special tests and procedures within the scope of state specified Nursing Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Pay

Starting Wages at $34.00-$46.63 per Hour. Wage Calculation is based on experience, shift, and a $8/hr weekend warrior program. Flexible Pay Options: Get paid daily, weekly, or bi-weekly through UKG Wallet.

Schedule

Shifts available: 3-11pm, 11-7am, and Weekend Warrior (Limited Time Availability).
