Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you'll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio's overall growth.

The ideal Registered Nurse is a versatile and client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment. You combine strong clinical expertise with a passion for customer service, ensuring each client receives safe, effective, and personalized care. You are a collaborator who supports the broader studio team, bringing medical excellence into every interaction. With your clinical competence, client-centered approach, and strong communication skills, you serve as both a healthcare provider and a trusted wellness guide. Above all, you are motivated by helping clients achieve their goals and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical Expertise & Client Care: Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism. Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment. Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.
- Studio Collaboration: Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals. Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs. Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs. Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards. Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state
- Certifications: Current BLS certification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently
