Weekend Receptionist, Night Shift

About the role

Warren Barr Lieberman is a Gold Seal of Approval® Certified facility for Post‑Acute Care and Nursing Care accredited by The Joint Commission, located in Skokie, Illinois just outside Chicago. The facility provides post‑hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in a supportive, collaborative environment. As a Receptionist you will join a friendly, caring team that values your expertise and passion, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide office/clerical support to the facilities team.
• Greet all facility guests and direct calls and visitors to the appropriate party.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
• Ensure residents receive the high standard of care expected by maintaining efficient operations and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or at least one year of customer service experience is preferred; willingness to invest in the right candidate is considered.

This position works Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
