Responsibilities
- On and off-campus surveillance to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor and respond appropriately to emergent situations and delicate patient matters.
- Attend MLH Education & Development Classes to help achieve personal and professional goals.
- Receive on-going feedback and career development through performance appraisals and 1:1 communication.
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare setting or security/customer service-related field preferred.
- Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in MS Office Word and Outlook.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record for the last ten years.
- Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Lethal Weapons Training Certification (Act 235).
- Completion of Managing of Aggressive Behavior or MOAB parts 1, 2 & 3 within four months of employment.

- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
