Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive consistent treatment according to Care Plans
- Maintain accurate monitoring of RUGS levels
- Prepare billing documents accurately
Requirements
- A valid New Jersey Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of experience in sub-acute and long-term care settings
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Program
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance
- Availability on weekends is mandatory
