Job Details
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for scheduling inbound and/or outbound shipping and receiving dock appointments, preparing orders for shipping, receiving incoming product, and coordinating activities of warehouse personnel.
Wage Information
As You Grow In This Position With Masters Gallery Foods, You Will Receive a Wage Increase At Both 90 Days AND One Year. Start: $28.60
90 Day: $30.28
1 Year: $31.12
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience working in a warehouse setting with experience in a progressively responsible role preferred.
- Ability to work off-shift hours and additional hours as needed.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Requires a high level of confidentiality.
- Effective problem solving and supervisory skills.
- Ability to deal with short lead times and changing customer needs.
- Excellent knowledge of all warehouse, shipping and receiving operations to help maximize efficiencies.
- Excellent knowledge of the supply chain process to include the chain between bulk/resale product, production, shipping, and the end user.
- Strong problem-solving and supervisory capabilities.
- Ability to operate a yard truck.
What You Have To Offer
- Ability to learn to safely and successfully operate a forklift.
- Ability to charge and change forklift batteries and sanitize forklift.
- Must be able to lift, carry and stack 50 pounds.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and warehouse processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and professionally communicate with all warehouse and supervisory personnel.
- Ability to accurately utilize different types of computer programs and operate RF scanning and data collection systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Working Environment
- Frequently exposed to noise, dust, and cool temperatures.
- Continual operation of powered industrial trucks, including stand up forklift.

- Standing for long periods of time.
- Frequent stacking of boxes onto pallets weighing up to 50 lbs., often at or above shoulder height.
- Occasional walking, pushing, pulling on concrete floors.
