Weekend Part Time High Noon Merchandiser

About the role

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company, a national family-owned wine, spirits, and beer distributor since 1953, is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to support and maintain retail accounts in the Davenport/Bettendorf areas. This position requires weekend availability, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and coolers
• Build displays
• Follow up after deliveries made by drivers
• Service shelves from the liquor department storage

Requirements

• Work experience in the liquor industry (e.g., bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience) is a plus
• Goal and results-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize work
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
• Must live in the surrounding Davenport/Bettendorf area for best servicing of accounts

Schedule

Part-time, weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
