Weekend Part Time Merchandiser

About the role

This position supports the sales team by maintaining positive relationships with retail customers and performing merchandising, stocking, and point-of-sale activities within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers
• Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed
• Complete stock rotations, shelf resets, and backroom duties as needed
• Install point-of-sale materials as directed
• Expedite delivery of product
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beverage product sales or in the hospitality industry
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies
• Demonstrated high-level proficiency in oral and written communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments

Schedule

This role requires regular, ongoing in-office presence. Employees are expected to work onsite—including non-company locations where we conduct business—the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.
