Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Ensure resident safety and comfort
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in ongoing education and training
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN or RN program
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN/LVN or RN in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience as a long-term care nurse preferred
- Proficient in computer and facility-specific software
- CPR certification required
- Sufficient written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality

Pay
Weekend Option: PAID TIME AND 1/2 FOR EACH HOUR WORKED!
Schedule
Work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2-10 PM.
