Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; improve sales through technology and wardrobing
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• Weekend availability required (Friday through Sunday)

Requirements

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule

Pay

Salary range: $7.25 – $19.00 per hour. Compensation varies by geographic location; the listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
