Selling Advisor - Men's Selling PT Hours (Weekend )

About the role

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
• This role requires weekend availability (Friday through Sunday).

Requirements

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule.

Pay

Salary range: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This role requires weekend availability (Friday through Sunday).
