Weekend Nursing Supervisor 7am- 7pm

About the role

RegalCare at Worcester is a short and long term care facility in Worcester, MA, seeking a RN/LPN rotating weekend Nursing Supervisor to join their team. The position is every other Saturday and Sunday on the 7am-7pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assist with training and development of new nursing staff
• Perform direct patient care duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing
• Previous supervisory experience in a SNF setting is strongly preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with healthcare regulations and policies

Pay
