Key Duties
- Oversight of nursing staff
- Nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs
- Guidance and support to nursing staff
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
- Emergency response and medical situation management
- Performance of other job-related duties
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid RN license in the state of PA
- CPR certification required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting
- Effective teamwork ability
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Salary and Shifts
- Salary: $42-$48 per hour
- Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
- Alternating Weekends, Holidays
