Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to iV Bars clients
- Educate and answer questions to clients about the benefits of iV Therapies, hydration, cocktails, and any other services offered at iV Bars.
- Ensure all required paperwork is filled out for new and existing customers.
- Promote memberships and wellness services based on client needs.
- Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the clinic.
Requirements
- Excellent Customer service skills
- At least 2 years of experience in the medical field.
- Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Reliable, Self-Starter
- Embrace policies and procedures to contribute to the company's compliance requirements including protocols.
