Weekend LVN/LPT Part Time

Essential Functions

• Provide first aid and nursing care as needed
• Supervise and ensure the safety of all clients in care
• Ensure needs and services for each client are being implemented
• Ensure all records are up to date
• Complete and record daily vitals and weekly weight
• Prepare and administer medication daily; do medical inventory as needed
• Handle health emergencies appropriately

Requirements

• Valid LVN/LPT license
• Proficient in PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Able to multi-task and collaborate productively with other team members
• Must be punctual
• Have a respectful and professional demeanor and demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients
• Experience with EMR is a plus
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid DL and reliable transportation
• Must have a clean record and can clear a CA Live Scan background check

$33-37/hour

Schedule

Part time, onsite position. Must be open to commuting to all our locations - La Mesa, Mt. Helix, and Encinitas. Work 2 weekends a month Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm-8:30pm.
