Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and nursing care as needed
- Refill prescriptions, transport clients for labwork or to urgent care as needed via company vehicle
- Complete and record daily vitals and weekly weight
- Prepare and administer medication daily; do medical inventory as needed
- Handle health emergencies appropriately
Requirements
- A valid California LVN/LPT license
- A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Have a respectful and professional demeanor and demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid DL as ability to transport clients in a company vehicle is required
- Able to clear a CA Live Scan background check
