Responsibilities
- Complete the nursing process to promote resident health
- Provide physical, educational, and emotional support to residents and families
- Supervise assigned CNAs to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate resident care records in the electronic medical system
- Ensure CNA documentation is complete and accurate
- Administer medications according to protocol
- Provide and receive written and verbal shift reports
- Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Support quality, timely, and resident-centered care
Requirements
- Current NY LPN license
- CPR certification
- Experience in a nursing home or hospital preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must complete all shifts to earn Baylor rate
Pay
Pay Range: $33.75–$44.50/hr (with Baylor rate applied, equivalent to 1.25x base rate for 4 shifts worked)
