You will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our residents, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in inter-shift reporting and handovers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
