Weekend Janitorial Specialist

Job Summary

Clean Team Inc. is hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals for a part-time Weekend Night Cleaner / Janitorial Associate position in Northeast Grand Rapids, MI. This is an entry-level position with no prior cleaning experience required. Paid training and all necessary tools are provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine commercial cleaning and janitorial services
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard floors and carpets
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks independently and efficiently
• Help maintain a clean, healthy, and professional environment for our customers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform light physical work throughout the shift
